The iPad has topped children’s wish lists for several years in a row, according to global market research company Nielsen. “Kids just get it – they touch it and it moves,” said Jamie Pearson, founder of review website BestKidsApps.com. “It’s like any other natural language at that age; they just pick it up.”
Netflix, the world’s largest video-streaming service, last year signed a deal with DreamWorks to create its first original series aimed specifically at children.
